Easy and quick small octopus rice bowl recipe #stir-fried octopus #rice bowl

-ingredient
3 octopuses
1 onion
1/4 carrot
Red pepper/green pepper
green onion
a handful of garlic
cooking oil
Sesame oil or perilla oil
Sesame seeds
starch powder

(seasoning sauce)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon tuna fish sauce
1 tablespoon of alcohol, cooking liquor, or fermented sauce
One oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon coarse red pepper powder 1 tablespoon fine red pepper powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic, a little minced ginger



1. Mix the octopus with a little coarse salt, cut off the head, remove the intestines, wash thoroughly and drain the moisture.
2. Cut the onions and carrots into thick slices.
3. Cut the red pepper and green pepper diagonally.
4. Cut the green onion in half and cut it into 3-4cm long pieces.
5. Cut the garlic into flat pieces.
6. Mix all the seasoning ingredients and adjust the seasoning.

7. Put oil in a pan, add garlic and fry, then add onions and carrots and stir-fry, then add octopus and fry quickly.
8. Add the seasoning and stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
9. Mix the starch powder with water and add it to the stir-fried octopus two or three times to adjust the consistency to moisten it.
10. Add green onion and sesame oil, toss once, turn off the heat, place on warm rice, cut with scissors and enjoy.
