Ingredients:

Egg - 3

Pinch of salt

Sugar - ½ cup (100 g)

Whipping cream - 1 cup (240 ml) (36% fat)

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Shredded coconut - 2½ cup (250 g) (dry)

Baking powder - 1½ tsp (6 g)


Pan size 8×8 inch

Bake in preheated oven 340°F (170°C) for 35 mins


1 cup = 240 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
