Hello Everyone,
If you love shrimp and enjoy a good shrimp boil, then this recipe is definitely for you. The recipe can be as mild or spicy as you like. Grab your ingredients and follow along for the best shrimp boil you can make at home.

2 1/2 lbs. Peel and Eat Shrimp (I use the U-15 size)
1-2 lbs. Sausage (Mild or Spicy) cut into 2inch pieces
1-2 lbs. Potatoes (Parboil)
2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter (1 cup)
Corn on the cob, about 4-inches in size, (Parboil 1-2 pieces per person)
1/4 C. Fresh chopped flat leaf parsley or 2 T. of dried parsley
4 Cloves Garlic minced
1/3 Medium size yellow onion (not sweet onion) chopped in 1–2-inch pieces
1/2 Large Lemon cut into chunks

Season to your taste
2-4 T. of Old Bay
1-2 t. Lemon Pepper
1-2 t. Onion Powder
1-2 T. Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
1-2 t. Kosher Salt
1 t. Garlic Powder (optional)

Cover tightly with foil or lid.
Bake @ 400 degrees 45-55 minutes, or until shrimp are done and all ingredients are cooked thru.
