Pound Cake:
Sugar: 125g or 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Butter: 113g or 1 stick
Eggs: 100g or 2 large
Sifted flour: 100g or 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Unsweetened coconut flakes: 24g or 3 tbsp
Baking powder: 5g or 1 tsp
Coconut milk: 75g or 1/3 cup

Coconut milk soak:
Remainder of coconut milk can + 24g or 2 tbsp sugar

Whipped cream:
Cream: 225g or 1 cup
Confection sugar: 24g or 2 tbsp

You will also need:
-White chocolate for coating
-1x silicone mold (or 1 standard loaf pan)
