1) "緩く(yuruku)", that means "roughly" or "loosely" referring to her manager as an unofficial manager, a person who manages her schedule and work... (correction by mk se). Changed "forgiving/loose/lax manager" to "unofficial manager"
- changed "forgiving" to "soft manager" as a weird way to say "unofficial or not solidified" in order to capture the confusing nature of her wording which the audience also questions later on
