Welcome to my channel today we are going to make a very healthy delicious recipe with magic channel
To make paneer cutlet restaurant style you require grated paneer chopped capsium grated carrot now in a bowl add these ingredients to it add chopped green chilli coriander leaves kasuri methi ginger garlic paste now to it add salt as per taste cummin powder red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder coriander powder mix well now add cornflour 2spoon mix well dont rub as it will leave water just mix well  and made cutlet shapes and now make slurry of all purpose flour ie maida the constitency should be free flowing and take cornflakes crumble it with hand or wooden samsher and keep aside now take 1cutlet dip in slurry with help of fork or hand and then coat with crumbled cornflakes and medium deep fry in a pan flame should be high to medium fry till both sides gets golden brown colour yummy panner veggie cutlet is ready to eat have with green chutney sauce as you wish its just delicious enjoy with family
