This video shows you how to use the Q-Flash Plus button to flash the BIOS of a Gigabyte X570 AORUS Elite motherboard, even if no CPU is installed. This is very useful if you have bought a new Ryzen 5000 Series CPU that won't work in this motherboard with an old BIOS version.

This technique will also work on a fully assembled system, so there is no need to remove all your components to use this procedure.

This situation is happening to a number of people with new Ryzen 5000 Series processors that require a newer BIOS version than was available when the motherboard was manufactured. This feature can also be useful if a more traditional BIOS update (using the Q-Flash BIOS utility or the @BIOS Windows utility) failed.
