6.1.24 Hardin MO - BNSF Marceline Sub Milepost 407

First catch is from one of my favorite places to fly, the through truss BNSF bridge over the Crooked River. Timing worked out perfectly as a boat was headed south on the Crooked River on his way to the Missouri River about a mile further downstream.

Snagged a screaming westbound intermodal that I'm assuming was a Z train based on the double stacks, the FEDEX and UPS marked trailers, the amount of power on such a short train, and it's speed. The light made the summertime colors pop and created some deep contrast giving the scene a sense of depth.
