How to parcel our bike or scotty train. what are the charges and documents need to submit in parcel office.

This video is only showing that how we can parcel our bike in train from any railway station (parcel office in station) in India to our city.
The bike is parcel from New Delhi or Anand Vihar railway station to Ballia railway station by train. In this video we parcel our bike, parcel officer need some document i.e: photocopy of Bike RC, bike insurance copy & Aadhar card or Driver license if you going through same train than a photocopy of train tickets. The total cost of our parcel from New Delhi to Ballia was ₹1700.

यह वीडियो केवल यह दिखा रहा है कि हम भारत के किसी भी रेलवे स्टेशन (स्टेशन पर पार्सल कार्यालय) से ट्रेन में अपनी बाइक को अपने शहर तक कैसे पार्सल कर सकते हैं।

बाइक को नई दिल्ली या आनंद विहार रेलवे स्टेशन से बलिया रेलवे स्टेशन तक ट्रेन से पार्सल किया जाता है। इस वीडियो में हम अपनी बाइक को पार्सल करते हैं, पार्सल अधिकारी को कुछ दस्तावेज़ की आवश्यकता होती है जैसे: बाइक आरसी, बाइक बीमा प्रतिलिपि और आधार कार्ड या ड्राइवर लाइसेंस की फोटोकॉपी, यदि आप एक ही ट्रेन से जा रहे हैं तो ट्रेन टिकट की एक फोटोकॉपी की आवश्यकता होती है। हमारा नई दिल्ली से बलिया तक पार्सल की कुल लागत 1700 रुपये लगा।

Note: You have to reach the bike parcel booking station 3 hours before the train time as the bike has to be emptied of petrol and the bike has to be packaged before documentation. Then you can go to the parcel office with all the documents of the bike and fill the parcel form as we have done in this video. You will then receive a bilty for your bike which you will have to jam when you receive your bike at the parcel destination.

नोट: आपको ट्रेन के समय से 3 घंटे पहले बाइक पार्सल बुकिंग स्टेशन जाना होगा क्योंकि बाइक का पेट्रोल खाली करना होगा और दस्तावेजीकरण से पहले बाइक की पैकेजिंग करनी होगी। फिर आप बाइक के सभी दस्तावेज़ों के साथ पार्सल कार्यालय जा सकते हैं और पार्सल फॉर्म भर सकते हैं जैसा कि हमने इस वीडियो में किया है। उसके बाद आपको अपनी बाइक के लिए एक बिल्टी प्राप्त होगी जिसे आपने पार्सल गंतव्य पर अपनी बाइक प्राप्त होने पर जाम करना होगा।
