We're excited to bring this video to you and share a piece of our Acadian culture. Sandra and I spent the night at our hybrid bushcraft shelter for some winter camping in the snow and brought along a very special meal. The poutines were premaid and we cooked them on the stove. The hot stove and winter sleeping bags kept us nice and warm. We hope you enjoy the video and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on the Acadian Poutine we brought along.
