In this video we talk about how we as sensitive beings sometimes may have a hard time living the way that is generally portrayed in society as 'the normal way' to live. Crowds, noise, set work times, substances, are just a few examples of what has become so normalized to put up with but may make sensitive people feel like something is wrong with us because this perceived "normal way" feels hard for us. If you will, take this video as a permission slip to envision a way of being and living that feels alive, safe and joyful to you.
I'm sharing an exercise you can try to align to your central channel, as well as some journal prompts and a meditation you can try to help you connect deeper with yourself, your needs and find acceptance for the way that you are (which is completely valid).

In the video I mention a few resources that are easy to access:

1. Journal about the things that may seem easy for others but feel hard to you - could you make this your own so it feels more naturally to you?
What do you make it mean that you have different needs than others seem to have? - what is your inner negative narrative (if any)? Is there a reframe available that would feel empowering instead? (find more prompts in the video)

2. Try this sound meditation "rest and receive" to help you take a pause and calm your nervous-system (listen with headphones)
