This time, I tried to make a meal for a day using summer begetables.🍅🍆
It was also fun to grab rainbow trout in the river🐟✨
Will the twins be able to catch rainbow trout next year or so? 😊


【Menu】
Morning: Tuna sticky rice bowl (00:15)
 Nameko miso soup (01:28)
Evening: Tomato curry (04:43)
 Bang Bungee Salad (06:36)
Lunch: Summer vegetable udon (08:30)

【Recipe Memo】
■Tomato curry
300g minced meat
1 onion
Lots of tomatoes
3 eggplants
garlic
★ 3 tbsp ketchup
★ 2 tablespoons medium thick sauce
★ 1 tbsp sake
★ 3 tsp curry powder
★ 1 tsp soy sauce

(1) Chop the onion and garlic, and cut the tomatoes and eggplants into the desired size
(2) Fry the garlic in a frying pan with oil, and fry the onion, and when the color changes, fry the minced meat
(3) Add the tomatoes and fry for a while, then add the ingredients with ★ the eggplant and fry further to complete.

■Bang Bungee Salad
1 chicken breast
2 tbsp sake
1/2 tsp salt
cucumber
tomato
★ 1 tbsp soy sauce
★ 2 tbsp sugar
★ 2 tbsp vinegar
★ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
★ 1 tbsp sesame oil
★ Ginger, garlic tube
★ A good amount of ground sesame seeds

(1) Remove the skin from the chicken breast, open it, sprinkle it with sake and salt, and lentin until cooked. When the heat is removed, loosen it
(2) Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin strips
Mix the seasonings of (3) ★ to make the sauce
(4) Place the loosened chicken breast and tomatoes on a plate and finish with sauce.

■Summer vegetable udon noodles
3 bell peppers
3 eggplants
6 cherry tomatoes
1/6 pumpkin
1 chicken breast
Potato starch
★ Mentsuyu (4x concentrated) 100cc
★ Water 250cc
★ 2 tsp sugar
★ 2 tsp vinegar

(1) Cut the bell pepper, eggplant, cherry tomato, pumpkin, into any size you like.
(2) Cut the chicken breast and sprinkle evenly with potato starch.
(3) Put the seasonings in a storage container ★ and pickle the vegetables and chicken breast while they are hot.
(4) Chill for at least 1 hour before placing on top of the udon noodles.
