These are the "Kindess" rocks ever! Excuse the misspelling on the rock. 😜

Kindness rocks are a great way to spread happiness, positivity and remind us of the things we can be grateful for in our lives.

Painting rocks can be done throughout the year, but it's a wonderful arts and crafts project to do with the kids for Thanksgiving. You can make them for friends and family, hide them outside for strangers or place them around your home as a decorative uplifting reminder.

7-year-old Alexi shares how to paint kindness rocks and mentions our FREE handout with 75 Kindness Rock Painting Ideas here: https://moomifamily.com/printables

📝 REMINDER: While it's not shown in the video, it's important to seal your rock after the final artwork is dried. Sealing the rock with a varnish or Mod Podge Outdoor protects it from quickly degrading while being outdoors in the elements such as rain, sun and snow. You can also use a spray paint sealant, however, we prefer to stay away from spray paint as even the "better" water-based aerosol spray paints produce emissions that are hazardous. Also, please note that if there are heavy rains or snow in your area, check that your chosen sealant can withstand those conditions.
