It's summer, and that means 14er season is in full swing. The hike to the summit is 14 miles RT with over 5400 feet of elevation gain. The warmest 14er hike I've done to date. It was nearly 80 degrees at 13k feet coming back down off the mountain.

Mount Princeton is a high and prominent mountain summit of the Collegiate Peaks in the Sawatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain was named in honor of Princeton University. While not one of the highest peaks in Colorado, Mount Princeton is one of the most dramatic, abruptly rising nearly 7,000 feet above the Arkansas River valley in only 6 miles.
