Mount Charleston, one of my favorite places in Vegas. A short drive away from the Vegas strip and you are in a completely different world.
With a wonderful selection of canyons and deserts to explore in day trips from Las Vegas, Mount Charleston offers travelers contrasting landscapes to enjoy. Located just 45-minutes away from the Las Vegas strip, Mount Charleston is snow-capped in the winter making it ideal for sledding and skiing.
