Mawa Cheese Sandesh || ক্ষীর ছানার সন্দেশ || বাদাম সন্দেশ
Ingredients:
1. Cottage cheese: of 1.5 lt milk
2. Mawa: 200 gm
3. Milk powder: 1 cup
4. Sugar: ½ cup
5. Cashew nuts: 8-10 pcs
6. Almond: 8-10 pcs
7. Pistachio: 8-10 pcs
8. Ghee: 2-3 tspn
9. Cardamom powder: as required
10. Yellow food colour: 2-3 drops
Procedure:
a. Make a nut-cheese-mawa mixture with above mentioned nuts and other ingredients.
b. Make nut balls with above mentioned mixture as shown in the video.
c. Then make a cottage cheese mixture with cottage cheese, mawa, milk powder, ghee, sugar and cardamom powder.
d. Then make the sweets by following the procedure which have shown in the video.
e. Then kheer dust is spread over the sweets and garnish with chopped pistachio.
f. Finally, kheer cheese Sandesh is ready to serve.
