We try the viral pistachio chocolate bar from Dubai made famous by tiktok. We couldn’t get our hands on knafeh so we substituted the crunch factor with our favourite cereal. We used vector and Kellogg’s corn flakes. Of course we speculate, this isn’t as delicious as the original but since the chocolate bar isn’t available in North America, we thought this would be a good replacement. We used bear molds to add to the Canadian 🇨🇦 vibe which is where we are from, and it’s Bear season. #pistachio #chocolate #dubaichocolatebar #knafeh

For the filling
2 cups cereal
1/2 cup pistachio paste
2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste )
1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste)

We only made 3 little bars so you can easily double or triple the recipe if you decide to use a bigger mold. The amount of chocolate will vary depending on your desired size
