The tiny house has finally broken ground! Here I show the area where the foundation will be set, the crew working on the cut and fill, and setting up the form boards to contain the concrete. The tiny house will eventually become a rental property that I lease out for additional income. I'm keeping the cost as low as I can by doing a lot of the work myself so I have a greater return when the tiny house is complete.
