INGREDIENTS:
eggplant 2 pcs.
minced meat 400 gr.
onion 1 pc.
carrot 1 pc.
garlic 2 cloves.
tomatoes in their own juice 4 - 5 tbsp. l. (can be replaced with tomato juice).

cheese (hard) 100 - 150 gr.
salt, pepper, spices to taste.
First, bake only eggplant at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Add the filling and bake again in the oven for 10 minutes.
