Some of the techniques I've implemented into my own life in order to put the diet portion of my life on autopilot, both feeing my mind to focus on more pressing matters, while also reducing the time commitment that often comes with starting a new diet and struggling to stay consistent. This allow me to spend more time working for both myself and my two jobs.

Something I forgot to mention is using myFitnessPal to not only track caloric intake, but also using the 'My Meals' section, which allows you to take the meals you prep, and log them with a couple clicks, rather than having to click though each item and adjust the portions. Using this technique has greatly reduced the time I spent logging food, making tracking my diet less of a chore.

Project Wayne is about self-improvement through attempting to become Bruce Wayne in real life.

What sets Batman apart from other superheroes is that he has no special powers given to him. All the languages he knows, the subjects he’s mastered, his Olympic level physique, the companies he runs, etc. are all products of his relentless work ethic. He’s an example of what someone can accomplish through hard work. Project Wayne isn’t about becoming a vigilante who stalks the streets at night, but rather becoming as close to Bruce Wayne as someone can become: a symbol of what hard work and time management can accomplish through unparalleled work ethic.
