Somasila is my native place which is in Nellore district belongs to Andhra Pradesh state. It is famous for a Dam with 12 gates called somasila Jalasayam(DAM). Through the year it supply water for harvesting and dinking to other state TN also. Recently due to heavy rains the dam officials has to open all the 12 gates and it causes flood in our village and surrounding villages.
