Alex Poatan Pereira, the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion of the UFC has been on an absolute tear lately solidifying himself as perhaps the biggest current star in the promotion aside from Conor McGregor. What he’s achieved since his debut in November 2021 has been flat out incredible. He’s already a 2 weight world champion and out of his 9 fights here, 7 have been against former champions. And now there’s talks of a potential heavyweight fight in the future to give him an opportunity at becoming a 3 weight world champion. Something that no one has ever done or even tried.
