Today we'll teach you how to professionally apply a food-safe walnut oil and wax finish to your next woodturning project, using Mike Mahoney's Walnut Oil Finish and Wax. It's a great looking, food-safe finish for wood that's all natural and doesn't have any chemical hardeners.

A walnut oil finish is perfect for salad bowls and kitchenware, where a durable, food-safe wood finish is desired. Mike Mahoney's Utility Finishes dry quickly and have a prolonged life due to high amounts of Linoleic Acid, which most "off-the-shelf" walnut oils don't possess.
