Hi and welcome back to the Crafty Blinders van build
This video is the second part of our suspensions upgrade series, in the first video we removed the existing single leaf springs today we are replacing them with a set of Jones twin leaf heavy duty leaf springs in an attempt to improve the handling when cornering and to reduce how much we get blown around on windy days.

Part 1 strip out existing leaf spring
Part 2 install Jones HD twin leaf springs
Part 3 strip out standard front torsion beam and dampers
Part 4 replace standard front dampers with Bilstein B6 dampers and fit a 5t torsion beam
Part 5 Fit air assist kit to the rear axel
