Introduced at the 2004 Paris Motor Show and going on sale for the first time in 2005, the second-generation Porsche Boxster (designated 987) built upon the success of its predecessor, with a radical redesign (including a more conventional front end) but remaining largely mechanically similar to start with, offering a 2.7 Litre engine in the standard car and a 3.2-litre engine for the S model, which was carried over from the 986, before it was upgraded to a 3.4-litre engine from 2007 onwards. Inside, the cabin was entirely redesigned and brought up-to-date, with standardised HVAC controls, optional PCM (Porsche communications module, incorporating sat nav, calling and audio systems) and a more modern look, which means the cabin still looks remarkably fresh to this day. Produced across two generations (.1 from 2005 until 2008, and .2 from 2008 until replacement in 2012) these 2.7 Litre versions are sought after and provide a really nice entry level to Boxster ownership.

Our car has covered 80k Miles, drives nicely, has all its original books, with the service book showing 8 stamps, the last service was 4k miles and 3 years ago so budget for a service for your own peace of mind. Perfect colours, low ownership and lovely condition, and just look at that price, less than an MGB!
