JAM Hot Chicken is a Nashville & LA-inspired hot chicken pop-up restaurant here in Orlando. We have had hot chicken from all over the United States, and this sandwich is by far my favorite. The owner of JAM Hot Chicken has been to all the staples and has his own unique hot chicken recipe that is delicious. It's the perfect blend of spices and ends with this perfect burn. He makes his pickles for each pop-up, and they are special as well. JAM Hot Chicken is in the process of building its permanent location but for now, you can only try this spot out if you catch him at one of his pop-ups. JAM Hot Chicken will easily be one of my favorite Orlando restaurants!

On this day of filming, the heat index was 100+, and after standing outside waiting for hot chicken we decided to end this video with Winter Park's famous ice cream Kelly's! If you haven't been to Kelly's homemade ice cream then you're missing out. This is one of Orlando's go-to spots for great ice cream!
