下受小手投⑤
初心者がこの技法を体験してみた。簡単に投げられてしまうことと、それに伴う固め技を体験してみた。突いた手を容易に下受けをされて手首を掴まえられ、下方からも挟み込まれるように掴まえられ、斜め後方に床に転がされ背中側から押さえ込まれて身動きが取れなくされたのである。自分の背中で自分の両手は手の甲通しが合わされた状態にされてしまったのである。手掌通しを合わせると合掌だが、手の甲通しが合わせるのは不幸せなことである。

A beginner tried this technique. He experienced how easily he was thrown and the accompanying pinning technique. His thrusting hand was easily blocked by his underarm and grabbed by the wrist, then pinned from below, rolled diagonally backwards onto the floor and pinned down from behind, making it impossible for him to move. His hands were placed behind his back with the backs of his hands together. If the palms of his hands are together, it would be like a prayer hand, but it is unfortunate for the backs of his hands to be together.
