I have never heard of this maker before so i bought the engine.
there were a few bits missing like the chimney so i made one plus the bracket that was soldered onto the boiler, there was no safety valve so i used a spare Bing safety valve which by coincidence is what was fitted to the original, the fly wheel kept flying off as this like all the old engines is just a push fit, so i made a small shim for the shaft and tapped on the fly wheel and it seems ok now.
The boiler was detached from the firebox so i soldered that back onto the firebox which was a bit scary as the boiler seam and endplates were very close and the risk of a boiler leak was high but it was all fine.
This video is its first steam after repairs shown running a pair of old Bing steam hammers from around the same date of 1906.....Steve
