Semolina dessert with lemon sauce
for pudding,

1 cup (190 g) sugar
3 tablespoons (35 g) starch
5 tablespoons (75 g) semolina
1 packet of vanilla
1 teaspoon of butter
lemon sauce
2 glasses of water (400 ml)
5 tablespoons (100gr) Sugar
3 tablespoons (40gr) Wheat starch
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
For the biscuit base;
1.5 packs (350 g) petibor biscuits
150 g butter
