After recently being released by my team in Japan, I found myself searching for a new opportunity to play football this year. Unfortunately, by the time I started looking in March, most teams outside of Japan were already full. I was in a tight spot and had to act quickly. Fortunately, a friend of mine, who had just begun coaching a team in the Netherlands, stepped in and flew me out, giving me the chance to continue my football journey this season. And the rest, as they say, is history.
