It is time to harvest my Peruvian purple potatoes! I am so excited for these! I did take one that was growing on the top of one of the planters a couple weeks ago and added it to a Hello Fresh meal last week. It was so yummy! I can not recommend this technique enough! The potatoes turned out really well! They were plentiful, of reasonable size, and so delicious. In this video I highlight some of the changes I will be making for future planter potatoes.
