《Szechuan Spicy Eggplant Ingredients》
Hard tofu, Sausage, Eggplant
Frozen veggies, Spring onion, Garlic
Starch, Oyster sauce, Chicken stock, Sugar, Pork fat(or butter), Pepper, Egg(or water), Cooking oil, Toban djan

《Szechuan Spicy Eggplant Recipe》
1. Slice eggplant and cover with starch.
2. Mince 1/2 tofu and place it flat on kitchen towel.
3. Chop 1 sausage and mix with minced tofu.
Taste to see if salt is needed
4. Put in 1 spoon of pork fat, little pepper, 1 spoon of starch into the sausage-tofu mix and mix well.
5. Mix 150g starch, 120mL of water and 50mL of cooking oil. (Refer to the video for density)
6. Shape mix from step 4 into a ball and place on a eggplant slice and put another slice on top to make eggplant sandwich.
7. Put enough oil on a pan and heat.
8. Deep fry eggplant sandwich from step 6.
9. Chop white part of 1 spring onion and mince 2 pieces of garlic.
10. Put 3 spoons of chili oil, spring onion and minced garlic on a pan and stir fry.
11. Put 1 spoon of soy sauce, frozen veggies(amount of your liking), 1 cup of water, 1/2spoon of toban djan, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of chicken stock, 1 spoon of sugar into the pan and boil down.
12. Pour starch water little by little for the right density.
13. Pour sauce on top of fried eggplant and it’s done!

《Snow Flake Dumpling Ingredients》
Frozen dumpling, Cooking oil, Starch(flour), Water

《Snow Flake Dumpling Recipe》
1. Pour cooking oil on a pan and heat.
2. Place frozen dumpling on the pan and pour starch(flour) water.
3. Put lid on the pan and fry until the color gets golden.
4. Flip the pan on a dish then you are done!
