What’s BeST 2.0?
It is a 6-month place-train-hire programme, crafted to enhance your employability by equipping you with skills and knowledge of real-life industry experience in biotechnology and bio-based industries. By the end of this programme, our goal is for you to integrate seamlessly into the host company as a permanent employee!

What’s in it for you?
~ A one-month intensive training session with the BioAcademy team, focusing on soft skills, industry awareness, and technical training, followed by a 5-month on-the-job placement with a Host Company.

~ Monthly allowance.

~ The opportunity to be hired by the Host Company upon completion of the programme.


If you meet these criteria:
Malaysian citizen
Possess a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
21 – 33 years old
Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience
