СССР-77102, the second production example of the supersonic Tupolev Tu-144, tragically Disintegrated in Mid-Air at the 1973 Paris Air Show.
The crash killed all of the aircraft's occupants, as well as several on the ground, and severely damaged the aircraft's reputation.
