Waiting is painful... and Clearwater Southern has been feeling the pain since they set up shop in Magnolia County. They believed that Johnson Aggregates was coming to town, and they were sorely mistaken. But they may have a solution to their problems, if only they are willing to compromise a bit with the County.

After agreeing to this compromise, the region will rapidly grow and one new, yet familiar face, will move to town.
