We finally checked out Seorae Korean BBQ after walking past it many times and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their meats! Their signature Galmaegisal, ie pork skirt, is a rare cut not easily found at other KBBQ places. Each pig has only 250g and they marinade and knead it by hand to produce a tender and tasty morsel that is simply heavenly! Well worth checking out!
