Bio:

Mike Perez has been dancing ever since he was 9 years old. With no studio training he observed many entertainers at the time for him to be able to understand the meaning of dance and entertainment. His greatest influence came from pop artist N'sync and Backstreet Boys and the Legend himself, Michael Jackson. He moved to Las Vegas at the age of 12 and knew nothing but freestyle dance. At the age of 16 he took dance to another level and joined a team named Moshun Sikness and learned street choreography. He then adapted and started creating his own choreography and began inputting his creation within the team. A couple years after he left the team and was hungry more than ever, so he began seeking better training. At the end of 2006 he began taking classes at *GROOVE founded by Daffodil Gamayon. In the summer of 2007 he began training with AJ Angeles director of FORMALity Las Vegas. In the same year he made FORMALity Las Vegas and trained consistently with the team with the help of Erik Saradpon and FORMALity San Diego. Being with the team he was given opportunities to teach within the company and teach within the Las Vegas community and out of state. Mike currently dances for High Profile a co-ed team and ATEAM a 5 member team each consisting different styles. Mike has grown to respect anyone that dances any style and those who attempts to dance. He strives to perfect his craft and gain knowledge from those who inspire him. He goes by his own saying "to inspire, to be inspired and to learn" wishing that one day he will be able to share this and his craft internationally.
