Do love nitro cold brew coffee? I do!

Nitro cold brew isn't always available where I'm from. I decided to make my own :)

If you don't know what it is, Nitro coffee is cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen gas through a pressurized valve.

The end result is a smooth and slightly sweet coffee with a velvety crema.

For my nitro cold brew maker, it required a max of 1.5 L of cold brew coffee which I made a day before. You can follow your favorite cold brew coffee recipe. I would recommend slightly diluting it a little. That's my personal preference.

You'll also need a nitrogen N20 chargers or cream chargers. Once infused, shake it and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
