INGREDIENTS :

beef liver
oil and salt

RECIPE:
✅ Dice 2 onions and beef liver. You may or may not peel her skin.
Fry the onion for 5 minutes and add the liver, mix well and leave it on the pan for 5 minutes
✅ Add only 100 ml of water, cover and simmer for about 40 minutes with occasional stirring. Add water if necessary
✅ We salt the liver at the very end, when it is already ready.
