If you have ever dealt with with the aggravating task of trying to solve a carburetor overflow issue. You know know just how frustrating is can be when nothing is working.

There are only four major reasons for a leaking carburetor.
1. Damaged or worn float valve
2. Improper float height adjustment
3. Cracked overflow drain tube
4. The ultimate killer. I worn or deteriorated float valve seat.

In this video, we are going to solve the problem before it even begins by transplanting a good float valve seat from a similar carburetor, into the carburetor I am using on my 1979 XL185.

Hope this helps someone out there!
ENJOY!
