I have a goal to create a workshop where dust collection facilities are automatically operated when all equipment is used.
To make such a system, first of all, it is necessary to create a dust collection tube line that is automatically opened and closed with a switch.
In this video, I make equipment that opens and closes the 50mm dust collection tube with a small air cylinder with a 60mm stroke.
I used a little skill to open and close the four places without being bulky.
To avoid interference with other dust collection pipes, the switchgear that has been dug out of the center will move.
The movement itself is very satisfying.
Another feature of this work is that it uses a transparent acrylic tube as a dust collection tube.
You can see the path of dust movement, and it is designed to look beautiful as an interior on the wall.
It may be easy for plumbers, but I've had a few trials and errors for the first time working on a line like this.
If anyone wants to make it similar, I would like to tell you to check the design very carefully.

In the next video, I'm going to create four switches that can operate the solenoid wire and the dust collector wire at once and link them to the drill press.
By simply turning the handle of a specific drill press, the opening and closing of the dust collection line will automatically open and the dust collector will be activated.

Please enjoy this video and look forward to the next video.
Please subscribe and like.
Thank you.
