Hey! I am sharing a SAHM Day in the Life with you! A little Summer Homemaking Motivation if you will. In this video I am trying to get it all done, while also packing for a funeral. I have packing to do, end of school teacher gifts to get together, plus some shopping and everyday household stuff that I want to get in order before I head out of town. There's laundry to finish, baking to do, and I even have to iron (gross!). So come hang out with me as a share a not so typical day in the life as I get things done. I hope you are doing well!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4c. Oil (can sub applesauce)
1 1/2c. Sugar
1 1/2c. Grated Zucchini
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2c. Flour
1/2 tsp. baking sokda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Heaping tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix eggs, oil, sugar, grated zucchini, and vanilla in a medium/large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. I add a few handfuls of chocolate chips to the batter, then pour into a 9X13 baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
