Sterling silver ring made with a 6mm wide, smooth split shank style band. Atop the band is a beautiful oval matrix Mexican cantera opal, flashing vibrant red, gold, green, blue, and violet. The unique opal measures 22 x 14 x 5 millimeters (at its longest, widest, and deepest points). The cantera opal has been expertly and securely set in a handcrafted fine silver bezel, atop a sterling backplate; the bezel is surrounded by a sterling beaded wire border. This ring is a size 9, and ready to ship. Due to the style ring band and delicate nature of opal, this ring cannot be resized.

Please note that each opal is unique, it's virtually impossible to find one the same as another... if you love it, get it while you can. I do have more boulder opals in my studio (mostly Australian, but I do have some fantastic suppliers of Mexican cantera opals) and can make a custom piece just for you!

I use primarily reclaimed silver, eco-friendly processing, crafting, and polishing techniques, locally-sourced materials whenever possible. I handcraft each of my rings individually; none of the settings are cast or pre-fabricated. All photos were taken using only sunlight as the lighting source.
