The ties between Minnesota and Cleveland are alive and well.

Earlier in the offseason, the Vikings saw Jordan Hicks become just the latest defender to hop over to the Browns’ defense, joining Dalvin Tomlinson and Za’Darius Smith in the process. And, of course, there’s the presence of Kevin Stefanski as the head coach in Cleveland, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah getting hired out of Cleveland, and so on. Add it all up and joint practices seem like a no brainer.
Vikings to Jump Into Joint Practices with the Browns
Minnesota and Cleveland are going to be preseason opponents, thus opening the possibility for some practice competition. Both sides can benefit from this kind of arrangement.

Kevin O’Connell explained that he has been organizing things with Stefanski, a coach who turned his success as Minnesota’s offensive coordinator into his shot to become the head coach of the Browns.
