Police in Delphi, Indiana hold a press conference to announce the arrest of a man in connection to their investigation into the deaths of Abby Williams and Liberty German. The two teenage best friends were killed nearly 6 years ago while hiking on and around an abandoned railroad trestle near Delphi. One of the girls was able to capture a short video and a snippet of audio from their alleged attacker who says, "Guys, Down the Hill."
