Hello, friends! In this episode I am making Chocolate Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting for Lizeth's birthday. Also included is a trip to the Mennonite General Store where we purchase colorful sprinkles for the cupcakes! Recipes are linked below:

Buttercream Frosting
1 cup (227g) butter, softened to room temperature
5 cups (about 500g) confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon (or more) vanilla extract
Beat the butter at medium speed until it turns light and fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla, and beat from low to high speed until the mixture becomes perfectly smooth. Add more vanilla and/or water to achieve desired consistency.
