Shopping & Eating out with Parents | Preparing Prawns Biriyani for my Family

It's not like how it used to be when parents visited us. This time being pregnant, I cannot predict each day how it goes. Some days it's very tiring and some days I am very active.
Having someone to cook at home is a great help now. But I wanted to prepare something special for parents. Armaan had been insisting on preparing prawns biriyani for him and it's been some time now. Moreover, my father-in-law eats only seafood as non-veg. So decided to buy some fresh prawns and cook for my family.

Ingredients
ghee rice:
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 5-6
Cinnamon - 1”
Cloves - 5-6
Mace - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Jeerakashala rice - 5 cup
Hot water - 9 cups
Mint - few
Coriander leaves - a handful
Salt

Prawns masala :
Prawns - 1.5 kg
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Veg Oil - 1/4 cup
Onion - 4 medium
Ginger - a medium-size
Garlic - 1 whole bulb
Green chillies - 8-9
Tomato - 3 large
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tap
Coriander powder - 1-1.5 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 1.5 cup
Mint & coriander leaves
Lemon juice - of 1/2 lemon
Salt
