I'm 28 and I don't own a home, I'm not married, and I'm still living with my parents. I easily fall into the trap of feeling behind in life when I compare my life with my friends who seem like they "have it all together."

In this video, I reflect on this concept of "feeling behind in life" and share some practical things I've done to improve my mindset.
