The first in a series on fishing the Holderness coastline. This video covers a daytime session in February (recorded on 08.02.22) fishing for dabs at Mappleton, East Riding (Yorkshire, UK). Despite a long quite spell at the start, numerous dabs were caught during the ebbing tide. I deal with my basic approach to catching dabs here and the tide state might be of interest to those planning dab sessions at this location. The beginning of the video references the 2020 EOBC flattie bash, with footage of the event (recorded on 06.03.20) from Zone C at Mappleton.
