Rusty Swedish Adjustable Wrench Restoration - Grandpa's Toolbox

I went back to my Grandfather's toolbox. I saw this Swedish wrench and I remembered how he used it. Apart from his last five years, my grandfather had a horse and cart. Wherever he went with the horse, he always had a bag of tools in his cart, including this adjustable wrench. He used it to remove the wheels from the cart, usually when a wheel broke. This explains why the teeth are so damaged.
